- RETURNS There is a 10% restocking fee. Liquids and customized items are non-returnable/non-refundable
- Orders arriving during a business day (Mon-Fri) will be shipped the same day with FedEx
- Orders are shipped 2 Day Air or for more bulky items 3-5 business days
- Orders over $100 value will need a signature
- Canceled orders will have a charge of 3-5% or the total invoice to cover processing fees incurred
- Orders cannot be canceled after they have been shipped.
- We are not responsible for liquids that leak when shipped to a 3rd party for international destinations
- Damaged products on arrival – Please email a photo of any damage within 3 days of receipt and keep any packaging
- Missing items from your order must be brought to our attention within 3 days. Check through the packaging thoroughly.
- Items cannot be returned after 30 days
- International shipments: You will be notified by email of additional charges as our website only calculates shipping within the USA
- International orders will incur duty and taxes on arrival in your country. Â Ashley Craig is not responsible for these fees.
- FedEx will contact you when your order is on its way to you to pay the above fees. This will speed up your delivery.
