Return Policies
Ashley Craig Pet Products, Inc s dedicated to customer satisfaction. If your purchase does not fulfill your needs for any reason, you can return your item for an exchange. Simply contact our store to receive instructions on returning your purchase. The following conditions apply:
  • Shipping is non-refundable*

*Items purchased originally with Free Shipping will have standard ground shipping fees deducted from the refund

Shipping Policies
Shipping to and from Ashley Craig Pet Products, Inc  is at the customer's expense and varies according to weight, size, shipping type and location. The prices quoted in the shopping cart are for the contiguous United States only.  For additional Shipping costs of $5 or more, an estimate of shipping will be emailed for your consideration if to be shipped abroad.  All items over $400 within the contiguous United States or  any package for overseas will be shipped insured .
